Story about abducted historian Josefina who gets taken to a jungle planet and is stuck with Xulon, a grumpy alien scientist that must decide to go against his royal family's wishes in order to save Josefina from the clutches of the evil empire.

Trilogy featuring alien rebel Roqan who finds human pirate Olivia in stasis with no memory of who she really is, and hiding a terrible secret.
